After our first Sell Out Scafell Pike Tour, Atlas Discovery Tours is offering the challenge to hit the top of the UK 3 highest mountains in 2020. Scafell Pike is the highest mountain in England, at an elevation of 978 metres above sea level. It is located in the Lake District National Park, in Cumbria, and is part of the Southern Fells.
Not only is hiking up Scafell Pike modestly challenging, it has invariably been described as exhilarating, beautiful and breathtaking….Don’t get ‘Cold Feet’!

Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the British Isles, the summit rises to 1,345 metres above sea level. Ben Nevis stands in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands, close to the town of Fort William, where we will enjoy our three night stay surrounded by the natural beauty of the Grampian Mountains. The summit is the highest land in any direction for 459 miles. Translated as the “Venomous mountain” or “mountain with its head in the clouds” this is going to be a great Atlas Challenge.
Also as an additional highlight on this tour we will be incorporating the thrill of a ride on the infamous Jacobite Steam Railway.

With its friendly and relaxed atmosphere Leek is the perfect place to come for a time of escapism, arts, culture and history. The town is surrounded by easily accessible wonderful walkways for the day, but in the evenings offers a variety of traditional pubs to enjoy local food and ales. Private tours can be arranged for a group of friends, walking clubs and/or families. Walks can be created to suit individual requirements as our Guide is an expert in the local countryside.
